We are writing to thank you for all of your fine work in helping us find our dream home in Whitby. After many months of patiently taking us around to different towns and neighbourhoods, you helped us find a home that met all our needs. Specifically, we are grateful for your intelligent and patient advice regarding the negotiations and finally in accepting a deal. Not once did we feel that you were pushing us in any direction. You respectfully gave us the information we needed to make a decision and then you acted on the decision. This meant alot to us.

Second, it was easy to communicate with you and it did not phase you and you were able to adapt to our needs by communicating through email which was very much appreciated.
Last, once we realized that we had to put a new roof on the house and were concerned about the cost, you even offered to climb up on the roof and help patch up the roof for another winter. Although we fixed the roof (calculated into our negotiations) we were really touched that you would go above and beyond in this manner. We appreciate all the work you did and feel as though that you're not just a realtor but a trustworthy individual.
Alan, please consider this an unqualified recommendation. You are great at what you do and we have very much enjoyed working with you. We would definitely use your services again in the future.
